1. Overview

By working with Legit Design Studio (“we”, “us”), you agree to the following terms.

These terms are designed to keep the process clear, fair, and structured for both sides.

2. Scope of Work

All work is based on the agreed proposal, scope, and deliverables

Any additional requests outside scope may require timeline or cost adjustments

We focus on delivering a clear, functional MVP — not unlimited feature expansion

3. Payments

Projects are structured in milestones:

50% upfront · 25% midpoint · 25% final delivery

Work begins only after the initial payment is received

Delays in payment may pause project progress

4. Revisions

We include reasonable iterations within scope

“Unlimited revisions” are not part of the engagement

Major changes or direction shifts may be treated as new scope

5. Client Responsibilities

To keep momentum:

You agree to provide timely feedback and required inputs

Delays in communication may impact timelines

You are responsible for reviewing and approving milestones

6. Timelines

Estimated timelines (e.g. 4–8 weeks) depend on scope and collaboration

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing inputs or slow approvals

7. Ownership & Deliverables

Final deliverables are transferred upon full payment completion

We may showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

8. Exit After Clarity Sprint

If the engagement includes a clarity sprint, you may choose to stop after this phase

You retain all work completed up to that point

No further obligation beyond completed milestones

9. Accountability

If we miss a milestone due to our fault, we continue working until it is met

No additional cost is charged for correcting our execution gaps

10. Refund Policy

Payments for completed work or active phases are non-refundable

Partial refunds are not applicable once a milestone has started

11. Third-Party Tools

We may use tools/platforms (e.g. Framer, Figma, integrations)

Any third-party costs are not included unless explicitly stated

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Business outcomes (e.g. revenue, traction, funding)

External factors affecting product success

We focus on design, clarity, and execution quality

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when needed. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
